For our Client (Leading Global Investment Banking, Securities and Investment Management Firm) we are actively looking for Non-financial Regulatory Reporting Analyst.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry.
Strong analytical abilities, capable of comprehending complex workflows with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills B2/C1 English with both written/verbal
Strong interpersonal skills to foster solid relationships with key stakeholders.
Self-driven and a team player with strong organizational skills, adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
A keen interest in financial markets, regulatory environments, and related processes.
Strong knowledge of financial, operational, and reputational risks.
Strong understanding of financial products, such as equities, fixed income, exchange-traded derivatives, and OTC derivatives

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in regulatory reporting.
Familiarity with the trade lifecycle.
Understanding of tradable financial products, including equities, exchange-traded derivatives, and OTC derivatives.
Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx.

Responsibilities

Assist in fulfilling non-financial regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., ESMA Short Sell Reporting, ESMA Major Shareholder, London Takeover Panel, MIFID).
Carry out critical risk and control procedures to ensure compliance with non-financial regulatory reporting obligations, including monitoring and adhering to intra-day and weekly deadlines.
Analyze internal client and external regulatory inquiries related to position and transaction data.
Verify, validate, and test data provided by Engineering before submission.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders in Business, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to support reporting functions.
Provide consultation on business and functional projects to ensure compliant commercial activities.
Investigate complex system infrastructure to understand the impact of data flows and booking models on reporting accuracy.
Identify solutions to rectify system issues and perform tests to confirm effective resolution.
Utilize data analysis and automation tools to detect anomalies in reporting data and enhance reporting processes.
